We offer a pick and drop service from your chosen location to your desired destination. (From Sydney to Canberra and Canberra to Sydney)
We offer a 24-hour service. It’s simple, travel at your own convenience and you don’t rely on or work around airline, bus or train schedules. It is as simple as being picked up from your requested address and dropped to your required destination.
You’ll be travelling in a 2011 model or above family size sedan, which meets the state safety check requirements.
Should the car breakdown during your trip, we will replace the car as soon as possible and have you on your way. We will also provide a 50% refund for that trip.
The following fees will be charged following the cancellation of the booking:
Less than 6 hours notice – 100% Cancellation Fee
Less than 12 hours notice – 50% Cancellation Fee
The following fees will be charged for alterations of the booking:
More than 12 hours notice – No charges apply
Less than 12 hours notice - $50 AUD
Less than 6 hours notice - $150 AUD

If you want to reschedule your booking a 6 hour notice from your scheduled booking time is required and can be done by contacting us on (02) 9721 2548 or simply email us at <a href="mailto:support@roadjet.com.au">support@roadjet.com.au</a>. If you do require early pick then the scheduled time we will try our best to accommodate this if you simply contact us.
Yes you are, we ensure all our drivers have a police and driving record check conducted. All drivers are also accredited by Point to Point in NSW and Access Canberra in ACT.
We accept all major cards. If you require a booking using Cab Charge simply call us to make your booking.
